This is the first period of the charity during which the trustees didn’t succeed to open a bank account for transferring the operations and assets of the unincorporated charity. The trustees intend to arrange the transfer in the near future and thus benefit the public by the operation of the Mosque for public benefit. The trustees have considered the general guidance on public benefit issued by the Charity Commission and has taken due regard of that guidance. The trustees consider that they are satisfied that the charity’s activities will benefit the public once the transfer has taken place.
