IADC objectives as per constitution are the following, and IADC adhere to the objects to the best of their knowledge, ability and with integrity. With this in mind, IADC hold a reserve policy of £1,000.00 in order to meet its objects.
_**“To advance the Islamic faith throughout England for the public benefit by the promotion of religious education, vocational training, outreach and pastoral care”.**_
IADC’s income in this period is £28,874.24 and expenditure £17,571.16. The net profit is £11,303.08. The main sources of IADC income is from its Trustees, its Members, the IADC Madrasah (the learning curriculum) where a fee is charged to parents/guardians of the children who are currently enrolled in Islamic studies and from donations collected from Jummu’ah (Friday prayers).
The majority of the expenses went towards the running of the Madrasah, hall hire for Jummu’ah and events, guest speaker fees and donations made for aid relief. The total balance IADC holds at the end of 2024 is £41,394.88.
The IADC constitution highlights that helping in disasters is a main priority. IADC held its first sporting charity event (Badminton) in January 2024 where £1,000.00 was raised for a war stricken country in desperate need.
IADC’s focus was also to build networks and relationships with the public. IADC held its annual Taraweeh for the second year running (prayers during the nights of Ramadan) and Iftar event in March 2024 - inviting the local community to break fast together during Ramadan.
IADC held its second Eid festival in the summer of 2024 which was beneficial in connecting people in the community. The event raised £3,078.65 through donations and profits. The net gain from the IADC Eid event is £1,420.77.
The Charity also held a male Badminton tournament in November 2024 to which a profit of £355.55 was raised for the organisation, shortly followed by a ladies only Badminton session, which was the first of its kind for IADC.
November 2024 saw the introduction of IADC Mothers and Toddler sessions currently held fortnightly where both parent and children can benefit from some downtime whilst socialising. IADC offer this service at no charge, however donations from participants are welcomed.

I report on the accounts ofthe charityforthe year ended 31 December 2024, which are
set out in the accompanying financial statements.
Responsibilities and Basis of Report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the ac¢ounts in
accordance with the Charities Act 20111.the Act").
I have conducted my examination in 8ccordance with section 145 of the Act and the
general Directions given by the Charity Commission under that section. My role is to..
Examine the accounts under section 145 ofthe Act.
Followthe procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission; and
State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Independent Examiner's Statement
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions issued by the
Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparison of the 8c¢ounts presented with those records. It also
includes consideration of any unusual items or dlsclosures in the accounts and seeking
explanations from the trustees concerning such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide allthe evidence that would be requlred in an
audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a'true
and fair. view.
In ¢onnection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention:
