Trustees’ report of the Lyncombe Lodge RDA group from the meeting in Churchill on Thursday 5[th] September 2024

Minutes of the meeting held on 7[th] September 2023 were taken as read and agreed. There were no matters arising. It was felt that considering the size of our group we had sufficient trustees at the moment.
We have 4 clients in the first group and 2 clients in the second group. We have another client starting in the second group in the small arena on 26[th] September. It was agreed that the group formations should remain the same.
The trustees’ annual check list will be completed and sent to head office.
There being no other business the meeting was concluded.
