Para 1.38 | The contribution of volunteers is essential to the work of the charity. Volunteers undergo DBS checks where appropriate. Together they contribute around 7000 hours of service per year. Without them the charity would be unable to provide services to our Church and community. They are involved in diverse areas from bookings management to youth work and group leaders to providing technology for worship service live streaming. |

Para 1.20 | The Charity’s main focus is a place for services of worship for its fellowship and surrounding community. The charity also seeks to build up the fellowship and serve the community – such as, community lunches are held weekly, offering food, conversation and listening ears to all who attend and other groups (both spiritual and secular) for young and old to further develop this aim and achievement. The livestreaming of the Sunday morning service has continued. We undertake joint community outreach events, such as ‘Party in the Park’, the Light Party and an outdoor Town Carol Service. We are experiencing encouraging growth with our work with families, such as through, the ‘Baby Hub’ group to support new parents. Our work on a Sunday with children has also increased, and we are now starting to explore ways we can develop relationships with our local Primary Schools through the ‘Easter Experience’ and class visits. |

Para 1.41 | The main objective of the Charity is to be a body of people committed to following Jesus Christ and to enable others to explore what this might mean for them. To also ensure all have every opportunity of joining in the established fellowship. We have five guiding aims namely: Providing accessible worship, Sharing the Good News, Encouraging Spiritual growth, Blessing our community and being a Church family and these guide our ongoing strategy which is to sustain the growth we are experiencing. We aim to keep offering regular whole church courses for further discipleship and to reach out in fresh |
| ways to the community through our outdoor community events and keep welcoming the community onto the church premises through secular ‘specials’ such as the Advent Craft Market, as well as the ongoing warmth of fellowship on a Sunday, with our contemporary worship and relevant messages. |
