**Activities:** The Charity provides the land and buildings for the benefit of children's education in the Selly Oak Area.  We currently lease the property to Birmingham City Council for the use of Selly Oak Nursery School which has existed on the site since the property was built.  We work closely with the school to ensure that the property provides a wonderful educational setting for children.
