Section D Achievements and performance March **2012** **TAR** 4 Section D Achievements and performance **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** The Charity has undertaken work funded in the previous year and this to a high level of success. We have grown exponentially and are engaging with clients with more complex needs. 2023/24 utilised the capacity funded to offer more individual support. This service was provided both by volunteers and a paid worker. The ability to provide daytime support in line with service user needs was well received. We achieved positive results including movements into work, education, appropriate safe housing and improvement in mental and physical health. Service user confidence continues to grow and increase engagement with wider society in line with the strategy. Group meetings continue to see a large increase, demonstrating the need for support for the LGBT+ Community. We continue to deploy the three year strategy accepted by the trustees and service users.
