I've attached it here but top line figures Income £9,912.00 - that is all hall hire, look like I coded some to sales by accident Costs £15,961.67 - including the painting and decorating, new curtains etc, so higher than usual Means an overall loss of £6,319.67 in that year. If I run the report for the year to date, we are currently making a profit of over £2,000, and this I think will only increase with the additional hourly rate, party bookings increase fee and winter exercise bookings - so I do still think that the balance is healthy. I've attached both the year 2022 and year to date 2023 for your reference. I know you have asked before Paul about it being more broken down, but unfortunately lots of things fall under maintenance. If you want to see in more details I can click on the hyperlink and send you a screenshot of the breakdown. Paul - please can you confirm that this is everything that you need? Also, I can make the evening of October 27th for a meeting at the hall.
