**Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document**

**Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)**

Andalucia learning centre continued to deliver its charitable objectives for public benefit throughout 2025 by advancing education, promoting health and wellbeing, relieving poverty, and supporting social inclusion within the local community. The charity provided a wide range of educational and extracurricular activities for children and young people, including homework support, modern foreign languages up to GCSE and A LEVEL coding, robotics, it and digital learning, as well as practical skills such as woodwork and ESOL. Mental wellbeing remained a key focus, with dedicated wellbeing sessions and health and wellbeing social prescribing activities supporting adults to reduce stress, improve resilience, and address social isolation. the charity also worked to address digital exclusion by helping individuals develop digital skills to access online services, education, and employment opportunities, while continuing to support families and individuals facing economic hardship and food insecurity. through the holiday activities and food programme delivered in partnership with Rochdale council, the charity provided safe, structured holiday provision for children alongside access to healthy meals. targeted support was also offered to refugees and newly arrived community members, including assistance with forms, accessing essential services, and integrating into local society. environmental awareness and sciencerelated educational sessions were delivered to address issues such as climate change and sustainability. The Community Hub’s office hours are Monday to Thursday, supported by paid facilitators for specialist sessions and an hourly-paid manager for administrative duties when required, through the prevention fund, funded by Action Together, which helps us to provide advice and guidance, job search assistance, housing application and translation services.

During the reporting period, the charity carried out its activities for the public benefit in line with its charitable objects, and the trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the charity commission’s guidance on public benefit. The charity provided advice and guidance sessions to support individuals and families, including form-filling assistance, housing-related help, and support with applications for personal independence payment and disability allowance. educational activities were delivered to improve skills and opportunities, including ESOL and functional skills for adults, coding sessions for children, and regular homework support to help children and young people engage positively with learning and improve educational outcomes. These activities were accessible to the local community and were aimed at reducing disadvantage, increasing inclusion, and improving wellbeing and life chances. We also provide holiday and food programme which benefitted 1200 this year. Parents were sign posted to various services, when required.
