We provide clothes and<br>shoes, nappies, buggies, Moses baskets<br>and bedding, toys and books, toiletries and<br>other essentials, all sourced from<br>community donations.<br>These donations can<br>be in the form of physical pre-loved<br>donations or donation of funds or purchase<br>of new items from our wishlists.<br>We offer a<br>friendly, inclusive service to our families|

From<br>inception  to  Dec25  the  baby  bank  has<br>distributed 12,240 clothing packs, 10,386<br>toy packs, 6,615 packs of nappies, 1,609<br>moses baskets & cots, 10,051 hygiene kits,<br>1,724 buggies and much more.<br>The baby bank has also:<br>●<br>provided school shoes, backpacks<br>and stationery<br>●<br>organised parties for our children<br>●<br>Provided hundreds of toys for<br>Hackney Winter Toy Appeal<br>●<br>provided<br>budgeting<br>and<br>employability skills sessions for<br>service users<br>●<br>raised funds to employ paid staff<br>●<br>won  a  Mayor  of  Hackney’s  Civic<br>Award (2021)<br>●<br>run health and wellness classes for<br>women<br>●<br>provided laptops for parents<br>returning to study<br>●<br>extended our network of referrers to<br>reach a wider group of families||

## **Financial Review**

Unrestricted funds will<br>be utilised for purchasing items where<br>donations fall short of demand, such as<br>nappies, wipes, formula, lightweight<br>strollers. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 / 12 / 2025** . 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the **basis of report** preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
