Between June 2021 and October 2021 was post-lock down period and help was still needed in the community as a result of the pandemic. House of Prayer worked to relief the effect of the pandemic in our community. We had a cultural food bank, daily prayers, daily well-being checks, counselling and coaching sessions. We also provided assistance for people in need as a result of ill-health, disability, financial hardship and help to House of Prayer members who lost families as a result of covid 19. |

Achievements and Performance

Para 1.20 | House of Prayer has been open for people to contact us daily for calls, zoom prayer and zoom counselling as well as face to face sessions. We have drop off of food items to families who need help with food as a result of the lockdown and pandemic. We have Sunday services in person in our venue. We also have our Tuesday, Thursday and Friday services on-line. We continue House of Prayer services available to the community in the post pandemic period. We continued to do our bit to connect with the local community in line with all the social distancing rules set out by the government at the different times. We increased our support in the community especially food, help with back to school for young people and well-being support in the community. |
We continue to partner with other charities such as the Churches together on Bourne, Food bank, Compassion UK and We are One.
