## **Objectives and activities:** 

The primary object of the CIO is the conservation of the environment in England for the public benefit by the purchase, maintenance and operation of a nature reserve in Kent for the preservation of biodiversity and the mitigation of climate change. 

## **Achievements and performance:** 

Funds were insufficient for the purchase of a nature reserve.

## **Financial review:** 

The Charity continued to receive funds from donors during the year. 

The total reserve as of 5/4/24 was £ 87,144.19, insufficient for the purchase of a nature reserve. 

This was invested in a savings account run by United Trust Bank, paying a competitive interest rate.
