The primary object of the CIO is the conservation of the environment in England for the public benefit by the purchase, maintenance and operation of a nature reserve in Kent for the preservation of biodiversity and the mitigation of climate change.

The Charity had no funds during this period, so the only activity was to establish a web page: http://fontenay.uk/dcc/

The Charity has had no income and no expenditure.
