The objects of the CIO are to Advance the Christian faith in the United Kingdom and Internationally for public benefit, helping local communities irrespective of race, nationality or beliefs and also working with other CIO’s whose objects are similar and within charitable law to this CIO, that is Maranatha International.
Trustees: Steven Iguru Green, Elizabeth Mugure Joseph, Ian David Crick and Premnath Samuel Joseph are to continue as trustees of the CIO.

Premnath Joseph, on behalf of the CIO, continues to meet with various church groups to speak about the work and vision of Maranatha International in enriching lives.
The trustees are continuing to promote the work of the Charity, compliant with the requirements of the charity Commission and in line with current regulation. Making every good effort and seeking always to act rightly the trust seek constantly to eliminate the risk of failure to achieve the CIOs objects.
A Financial statement has been prepared in line with the Charities Commission’s, “The Accounting and reporting by Charities Statement of Recommended Practice (Charities SORP).
In the year to 30[th] September 2024 £7,020 was received in donations. Of the monies received £4,050 was spent on helping families and children in Chennai and Kenya. Therefore the balance remaining in the bank account as at 30[th] September 2024 was £5,268.05.
All funds are unrestricted.
