Responsibilities and basis of report As the Iruslees ol the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the financial slalemenls in accordance with the requirements ol the Charities Act 2011 I'the Act'l. I report in respect of my examination ol the charity's financial statements carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act. Independent examlner's statement Since the charity s gross income exceeded £250,000 your examiner musl be a member ol a body listed in section 145 01 the 2011 Act. I confirm that l am qualified lo undertake the examination because l am a member ol the Institute ol Chartered Accounlanls in England and Wales IICAEWI, which is one ol the listed bodies. I have completed my examination.
