NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** To enable like-minded members of the public to come together to organise and perform amateur dramatics for the benefit of the local community.  To encourage adult and junior members to develop the work and skills associated with all aspects of performing arts. To study and present all forms of performing arts.  We are based in Shaldon, South Devon and perform there and in Teignmouth.
