The objects of the CIO are the relief of sickness and preservation of health of children with health disorders in need by the support of therapeutic and rehabilitation facilities provided at the Poga Rehabilitation Centre in Lalvia. Summary of the objects of the charity set out In Its governing document During 2022 we finalized the set up minimum infrastructure for the charity (to be able to re1ve grants and monetary donations) that would facilitate it operating towards its objects. We opened a bank account, submitted application and were successfully recognized as a charity by Facebook allowing us to raise funds via this social media platform, we opened a fundraising account on People's Fundraising platfonn. Summary of the maln activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit) As per an earlier commitmenc we received our first grant earrnarked towards Mollii costumes servicing. We received first donation transfers from PayPal Giving Fund l Facebook as the general public has been active with FaboOk birthday fundraisers dedicating their birthdays to Poga Lafvia. As per the agreement with Poga Rehabilitatton Centre Foundation in Lafvia, the trustees reviewed and discussed 3 projects that Latvian centre suggested that we support. The trustees decided to direct a portion of un- earmarked donations receNed towards 100 sessions of Rysen gait rnanagernent system. Sumrnary of the main achievements of the charity during the year The CIO has started achieving its objects by Iwo sizeable transfers to Poga Rehabilitation Centre Foundation in Latvia. The charty does not have ongoing expenses as it operates thanks to Trustees and volunteers. With the first donations coming in during 2022, the CIO has b&n able to start building small financial reserves. At this point we do not have a formal policy on reserves, however in due time a more concrete policy will be put together.
