## Section D Achievements and performance
**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**
The CIO successfully organised and carried out the annual Christmas Float’s tour of Denbigh and the District with Santa and resumed the Annual Charity Beer Festival, held in September.
The CIO made a number of financial donations to local good causes in pursuit of its charitable objective, the amount of money donated during the current year has started to recover to pre-pandemic levels.

It is the Charity’s policy to distribute as much of the funds raised, whilst ensuring that there are sufficient funds remaining to meet the basic costs of staging the following year’s events, thus ensuring their continuity.
