**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF ART IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, BY RUNNING WORKSHOPS AND CLUBS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
