following: In submitting a previous
Annual Report 2022-23, questions on
Governance Policies had been added by
the Charity Commission(not within this

Report but as part of the online submission). Of the 13 policies and procedures listed, we confirmed that 3 were in place, 6 were not in place and 5 were not applicable. During the following financial period, we sought further clarification by telephone from the Charity Commission, and were advised that having these policies in place is not currently a legal requirement. Because we are currently not active with no charitable giving, fundraising or financial activity (see Achievements and Performance above) - our considered position continues to be that we will not be putting further Governance Policies in place until we become active. Accordingly our online response in this current submission will be unchanged.
