The object of the CIO is the advancement of education for the public benefit through the provision of support to Central Foundation Boys’ School and its pupils, including (without limitation) through the support of Summary of the objects of the the maintenance, enhancement or improvement of facilities, resources charity set out in its and educational opportunities at the School governing document
During the period the Charity received fundraising income, but has not yet applied this income for charitable purposes. It is envisaged that, once it has meaningful resources to do so, the Charity will make grants to the school to cover expenditure on the maintenance, enhancement or improvement of facilities, resources and educational opportunities at the school.
The trustees confirm that they comply with their duty under section 17 of Summary of the main the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the guidance on public activities undertaken for the benefit published by the Charity Commission when exercising any public benefit in relation to powers or duties to which the guidance is relevant. these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
