The object of the CIO is the advancement of education for the public benefit through the provision of support to Central Foundation Boys’ School and its pupils, including (without limitation) through the support of Summary of the objects of the the maintenance, enhancement or improvement of facilities, resources charity set out in its and educational opportunities at the School governing document

During the period the Charity did not commence activities other than the holding of Board meetings in preparation for commencement.
