The object of the CIO is the advancement of education for the public benefit through the provision of support to Central Foundation Boys’ School and its pupils, including (without limitation) through the support of Summary of the objects of the the maintenance, enhancement or improvement of facilities, resources charity set out in its and educational opportunities at the School governing document

During the period the Charity did not commence activities other than the holding of Board meetings in preparation for commencement. It is envisaged that the Charity will shortly be involved in, or benefit from, fundraising activities relating to Central Foundation Boys’ School which will enable it to make grants to the School to cover expenditure on the maintenance, enhancement or improvement of facilities, resources and educational opportunities at the School.
