Matt Barfow. who was our Lead Pastor. gave notlce of his time in post coming to an end at the beginning of the year and moved on from post at the end of October. We then celebrated the birth of a baby to Rachel Dawson. our Assistant Pastor whith tural saw her leave for rnatemity leave in early November. In addition to this. two of our leadership team stepped down due to health COnm$. All of thls led to increased burdens upon our other leaders and ourtrustees. In addltion to th14 we ran two unsuccessful recruitment campalgns for a new Lead Pastor. However, Into the gaps our many very capableleaders ar trustees stepped up to the plate Induding two new leadersjolnlng our leadershlp team and one new tnee joining the trustee team. We are grateful to God for the provlslon of these amazln8 people. We arE also so proud of our thurth, who navigated th15 Instsbility wlth Incredible and loyalty. We rented out a section of our top floor to Teth Styles, a communSty akdanCIng company, br51 YOU people onto our premises. We hostéd many meetlngs for Bradford ForsterAcademy, a day conference for Makln Dixoft. as well as two weddings, the venue provlng to be a beautlful weddln8 venue. Ourvlslon Is to be a famlly of dlsdples maklng dlsdples. we dM)se thls wordln8 because it reminds everyone that they have a part to play and disciple maklng Isn'tjust the work of the leaders. We were 8fdteful to everyone who played a part In thls, espedally our Home Church leaders, our Kids and Youth leaders, our pastoral team. our worshlp team, our preachln8 and leading team. all of whom play a dlrert role In makin8 dlsciples. We're also 8rateful for many serrfice teams WI enable church life to happen. With less food donation5 comin8 In we saw our lowest levels of food In stock But the whole communlty came tO8ether to 8ive Ihelr tlrne and donatlons and we stlll met the need. We fed 16,184 people arKI gave 24.167 meals to help familie5 food on the table fortheir chlldren.
