Report of the Trustses for the year ended 6th April 2024
The trustees present their report together with the accounts of the charty for the year a￿led 06 April
2024. The trustees have adopted the provisions of Statement of Recommended Practi¢a -
(SORP FRS 102) and The Charrties Acl 2011. The chanty has referred to the guidance in the Charriy
Commission's general guidance on public beneffts when ￿VIeWIng th8 aim and objecttves and in
planning the Charity's fLrture activities. In particular, the trustees consider how planned activities will

number 1192335.
Rlsk managemenL
The trustees are responsible for the management of risks faced by the charity. The truste8s have
undertaken a lull risk a&8e85ment of the organisation and have introduced various key controls.
These controls are reviewed annualty.
The trustees are satisfied that the major risks identified have been adequately mitigated where
necessary. It is recognized that systems can onty syovide reasonable but not absolut8 as8urance
that major risks have been adequately managed.

2. Advancing the Christian farth by holding prayer sessions, lectures and Celebrating religious

3. The relief of poverty. sickness. and distress amorKJ the Christian communty in London.
Revi•w of actlvities and publlc bonofft
The results for the year under review are as Sho¥￿ in the attached Financial Statements. The charty
runs weekly prayer sessions for the local communty. special prayer sessions are held for every
Christian religious festival; regular ledur8s are organised. and handout given to promote the
Christian faith; pastoral care are provided to the distressed or those who lost close relatives.. the
charity as well assist those in financAal distress.

Christian community and society at large are benefitting from the wide range of activrtieslservices
provided by the charity.
Future Development
The charity is planning to distribute the bible to all attendees and hold lectures for the young
generation to ensure they choose the right path.
Various Community actNities are planned and held - such as older person's soaal ev8nt8, Citizenship
classes, pastoral care services and celebrating all Christian festivals.

The charity receives donations from the local communty to fund all the above actNitie$ and
sometimes organises fund-raising events. Fund8 receprfed for specific projects are posted to the
restricted furKls and th8 charity applyas the resource8 in accordance with the rule8 relating to that
specific lund. However. the trustees are allowed to transfer the funds from sp8cific funds to general
funds in case where the Charity could not find any relevant projects to finance, or it 18 not possible to
get a reliable organisation to monrtor the project

consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144{2) of the Charities Act 2011 and
that an independent examination is needed.

1. Prlnclpal accountlng polklas
The finanaal statements of the Trust have been prepared in accordance V4fjth the Statements
of Recommended Practice {SORP - FRS 102) issued in October 2019, the Charities Act
2011 and applicable UK GAIP. The accounts have been prepared on the basis of historic
costs and as a going concem.
a) Donation• and fund accountlng
Donations received for the general purposes of the Trust are included a8 unre8tri¢ted
funds. Donations received for the purp08e of educating persons in need and orphans:
relleving poverty, Sickness and distress caused by natural disasters, wars and conflicts
are taken to restricted funds. Restricted fijnds are to be used for the specific purposes as
laid down by the donor. All donationg are aC￿Unted for as arKI when received by the
charity.
b> Resour¢•8 expendod.
Resources expended are accounted for on an accrual basis. The irrecoverable element
of VAT is included with the item of expense to wthi¢h it relate8.
Resour¢e8 expended are allocated to the partiujlar activty wh8re the cost relates directly
to that activty. However, the cost of overall direction and admini8tration of each activty,
comprising ihe salary and overhead Costs of the central function. 18 nomially apportioned
on the basis of staff time and amount attributable to each activity. All resources were spent
on activrtie8 relating lo unrestricted funds in the current year.
c) Deprociation
Depreciation of tangible fixed assets is provided on straight line basis over the expeGted
