**Objects:** TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO CHARITIES IN THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND THAT SUPPORT THOSE THAT ARE DISADVANTAGED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIO-ECONOMIC BASIS WITH A FOCUS ON INITIATIVES WITH EDUCATIONAL, SPORTING OR ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS.

**Activities:** We are a  grant-making charity that supports registered charities based in North East England. We're passionate about the region and want to back initiatives that improve people's lives and help them reach their full potential by helping charities help those who are disadvantaged, by finance, health or other reason.  Specifically projects providing educational, sporting  or environmental benefits.
