**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND DONATIONS TO ORGANISATIONS AND CHARITIES OPERATING IN SOUTH AFRICA FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We stage an annual golf day named Nedbank South African Charity Golf Day. We may include other fund raising events in future. We distribute the funds raised to pre-selected charities who operate in South Africa but often have a UK registered charity under the same name. We concentrate on charities supporting children by improving education, health, housing, sporting facilities and the disabled.
