Our largest donation has been £4,069 from Daylesford Organics. You **may choose** to include further statements, where relevant, about: FBAN was provided with one and a half tonnes of bird seed at approximately £500 per tonne by the Northeast Cotswold Farmer Cluster for free as a contribution in-kind during this financial year. - policy on grantmaking; - policy programme related investment; - contribution made by volunteers. Farmland Bird Aid Network has no investments. Farmland Bird Aid Network is run by its volunteers. The majority feed the birds on a weekly basis from November to May every year. Some count the birds at the 19 sites on a monthly basis. Others collect the seed and deliver to the sites. March **2012** **TAR** 3 Section D Achievements and performance **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** Farmland Bird Aid Network have been able to provide daily feeding during the ‘hungry gap’ for farmland birds at 19 sites across West Oxfordshire with 60 volunteers. Monthly surveys and end of year annual survey. Maintained our website https://farmlandbirdaidnetwork.org/ Continued to circulate a monthly newsletter for volunteers and other interested stakeholders. 5 newsletters were produced during the feeding period to 178 recipients with a 34 – 41% open rate .
