**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ALASKAN MALAMUTES IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY THE PROVISION OF GRANT FUNDING TO SUPPORT RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES WHICH ARE REGISTERED CHARITIES IN ENGLAND AND WALES ESTABLISHED TO RECEIVE CARE FOR, TREAT AND REHOME SUCH ANIMALS.

**Activities:** AMWA Welfare is a charity devoted to raising money to assist in the rescue and on-going care, fostering and kennel costs of neglected or homeless Alaskan Malamutes within the UK. Money is currently raised by donation and fund raising activities such as raffles and quizzes from members and guests at sporting and social events held by the Alaskan Malamute Working Association.
