Para 1.17 | “To empower volunteers to serve their communites, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote internatonal understanding through Lions Clubs.” The objects as set out in the charity’s consttuton are: • The advancement of citzenship, • Promotng the voluntary sector for the public beneft, • Promotng volunteering, • The relief of poverty and the relief of those in need in partcular by providing humanitarian aid and disaster relief, • The advancement of health or the saving of lives , • Promotng the conservaton, protectng and improvement of the physical and natural environment, and • Promotng community partcipaton in healthy recreaton. |

The only designated funds held are for a future PS A(Prostate Specifc Antgen) testng and a reserve to cover the Firework display monies in case of a last minute cancellaton. |
