There is a fine<br>distinction between helping someone who<br>is already in poverty and assisting<br>someone so that they do not become poor.<br>Therefore, in general, we consider that the<br>prevention of poverty includes the relief of<br>poverty, and that the relief of poverty<br>includes the prevention of poverty’’.<br>To meet this end, we have designed below<br>a set of objectives and are as follows:<br>a)**_Advancement of Education:_**<br>•<br>To advance training (including<br>vocational and professional<br>training) and lifelong training to<br>lower socio-economic groups,<br>through the development of their<br>individual capabilities, skills and<br>understanding of subject matter.<br>•<br>To advance training to young<br>people and adults by developing|

## **Financial Review**

The Managing Director is<br>responsible for ensuring that the charity<br>delivers the services specified and that key<br>performance indicators are met.
