This isthe Fourth Annual Reportof The Leonard Curtis Foundation. The Foundation was registered as a CIO on 10
November 2020, and donations and grants are received and made during each ye3r. The annual reporting date
is 30 April. The Annual Report and Accounts are filed with the Charity Commission.
Trustees
The trustees throughout the period were Daniel Booth Ichairl, Jennifer Moore and Paula Castle. All the trustees
have indicated their willingness to continue in office.
Oblectlves and Actlvltles
The Foundation collects funds from the Leonard Curt15 group and its staff for the purpose of making grants to
independent charities throughout the United Kingdom and Channel Islands for the good of the gener31 public
and mankind. Grants have been made to numerous charities as selected by the Trustees from suggestions made
by the staff of the Leonard Curt15 group.
AchÉevements and Performance
In the period to 30 April 2025 the Foundation raised £16,114 frorn the Leonard Curt15 group and it5 Staff.
Grants of £15,376 were made to various charities and £216 was incurred on external adrrinistrative costs.
Reserves brought forward of £371 were utilised leaving £893 remaining to be carried forward in reserves.
The Foundation will continue to receive donations from the Leonard Curtis group and its staff and make grants
to selected charities.
The trustees declare that they have approved the trustee5' report above.
