**foundation up and fundraising in**
**November 2020. We supported**
**Ireleth St Peter’s primary school**
**for EYFS Book resource.**
**We had a live inaugural event**
**online in February 2021 which was**
**watched and supported by over**
**400 people across the world. The**
**event had speeches from Deputy**
**Lieutenant of Worcestershire ,**
**Consul General India and Mayor of**
**Malvern to name a few. (Virtual**
**event due to the COVID pandemic)**
**We raised £10,021.98 through**
**donations in the frst year..**
**We had expenses of £2494.88**
**We held an essay essay writing**
**competition for children in – link**
**between Education and mental**
**health for which had 2 worthy**
**winners from the UK. The prize**
**money in total for the essay**
**writing was £200**
**We also collabrated with another**
**charity Pratham UK and donated**
**£1100 to their cause – education**
**on children in rural India. Their**
**work was vetted frst hand by our**
**chair of trustees on his visit to**
**India at his own expense.**||

(b) In selecting individuals for appointment as charity trustees, the charity trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the**
