**The transfer of all assets and**
**responsibilities to the CO is anticipated**
**to be completed during the next year.**
**The aims of the CIO are as follows:**
_To relieve suffering and distress amongst_
_persons endangered by accidents or natural_
_hazards and to assist in the saving of lives_
_and the relief of distress by_|
