Meeting opened at 19:30 with welcome by the Chair and the current trustees introducing themselves, this was then followed by the ‘Unincorporated’ Charities AGM.

The annual report was presented together with the accounts.
The Unincorporated Charity AGM was closed and the meeting moved onto the Open Meeting for the CIO.
