**Activities:** Veteran Retreats Ibiza is a charity that hosts UK Veterans in Ibiza experiencing Combat stress disorders.The Charity hires retreat locations in a peaceful natural environment where Veterans relax and learn new mindfulness practices. Veterans are taught a series of simple tools that can be used in their everyday life.. some include meditation, breath work, cold water therapy and much more..
