ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE CHARITY COMMISSION 2024
Throughout this year items have not been made on a regular basis. There are no facilities that will permit this in our Church Buildings. Trading has been minimal. We have tried to support other groups withing the village undertaking small projects for them. These have been carried out under the Charitable arm.
Sadly, due to illness of the Chairperson in the summer, less has been possible.
At a Trustees Meeting on 4[th] December the very difficult decision was taken by the Trustees to close the Charity. This was ratified by an extraordinary Meeting December. of Crafts Shed Members on the 19[th]
It was also agreed that two charities would be given donations and also an adjoining Shed in another village would be offered tools.
The Secretary will notify the Charity Commission. Strict procedures must be followed not only by the Charity Commission but also by the UK Mens’ Shed Association.
