**Objects:** TO PRESERVE, PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF RESIDENTS IN SHIPSTON ON STOUR AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES, NHS, LOCAL AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS IN COMMON EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF SERVICES, FACILITIES, CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA.

**Activities:** The Partnership will develop a comprehensive Stour health and Wellbeing strategy and action plansfocused on local priorities identified by the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA), the priorities in theWarwickshire Health and Wellbeing strategy and any other priorities that arise in the future. It willencourage partnership working  between the NHS and other health and wellbeing providers
