Description		of	the charity's trusts
	Type ofgoverning			document	We have adopted Parentkind's Model Constitution for Parent Teacher
					Associations in En land and Wales.
	How the	charity is constituted			The association is a Friends ofthe School.
	Trustee		selection methods		Members can be parents, guardians or carers ofany pupil currently attending the school, teaching and non-teaching staff currently employed by the school and any person over the age of18wishing to offer appropriate support or help tothe school and who is accepted by the
					committee as a member. All members ofthe committee are trustees ofthe charity and	have control
					ofthe association, its property and funds. Trustees are elected atthe Annual General Meeting (AGM) and hold office until the next AGM. Nominations for election to the committee may be made by any member ofthe association and seconded by another. Such nominations must have the consent ofthe nominee.
