The objective of the Organisation is to promote and develop community arts and culture by presenting a diverse, high quality programme of arts activities of national and local origin. To provide a platform for participation and presentation for local arts practitioners and local audiences.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:(1) To Advance Public Education Of The Public In All Aspects Of The Dramatic Art And The Development Of Public Appreciation Of Such Art By The Provision Of Public Performances.(2) Such Charitable Purposes For The Public Benefit As Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Laws Of England And Wales As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine.
