Trestadow is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation governed by its Constitution. During this reporting period, governance activity was limited to initial establishment and compliance requirements. 

Objectives and Activities 

The charitable objectives are set out in the Constitution. 

The charity undertook no operational activity during the financial year 2024/25. This period was used solely for organisational establishment and preparation for future delivery. 

Public Benefit 

The trustee confirms that she has complied with her duty under section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s public benefit guidance. 

## Financial Review 

The charity had no income and no expenditure during the financial year. There were no assets or liabilities at the year end. 

Plans for Future Periods 

The charity intends to move into delivery in a future financial year, subject to trustee decision-making and funding.
