Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are The Advancement Of Health And The Relief Of Those Inneed By Reason Of Youth, Age, Ill-Health, Disability Or Financial Hardship For The Benefitof The Entire Population Of The County Of Cornwall And The Isles Of Scilly By:(a) Providing Information And Advice To The General Public About Local Services ;(b) Gathering And Analysing The Views And Experiences Of Members Of The General Public To Inform Service Providers;(c) Engaging Local People Enabling Them To Have A Voice In The Development, Delivery And Equality Of Access To Local Services And Facilities;(d) The Promotion Of High Standards By Service Providers; And(e) Providing Training And The Development Of Skills For Volunteers And The Wider Community In Understanding, Scrutinizing, Reviewing And Monitoring Local Services And Facilities.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008]
