The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in Anglesey and surrounding areas through the provision and grants and funding to advance education in local education settings

The advancement of amateur sports by increasing community participation.
The main activities undertaken for the public by this charity are the provision of grants of up to £250 to develop and support local groups on Anglesey.
The charity trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit.

Grants are awarded following an application process where-by suitable groups complete an application form, and commit to providing proof of expenditure following receipt of the funds.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
Achievements and performance
During this fourth year of trading, we have continued to support local charities and organisations, following the same proven format from last year. We are very grateful for the continued support of many returning customers.
We are a not-for-profit charity and all money raised is shared out via application processes or remains in the bank to be used during the next round of applications if there is a surplus amount.
We have only shared grants twice during this financial year, totalling £7,500. This was due to a smaller number of donations and less sales than in previous years. All of these funds have gone to help organisations and charities based on Anglesey.
One of our trustees resigned from her post this year due to personal reasons, but we have continued to be supported by our volunteer.
In response to our charitable objectives, we are proud to have been able to support the follow number of applications from each objective,

We aim to share all money raised with organisations and groups on a regular basis. Any money not claimed remains in the bank to be used towards the next round of applications. As a charity, we do not have a policy for keeping funds in reserve at this time.
