**The guidance document** “Principles and Practice of NTC” was edited to address some concerns. It has not yet been officially published by the trustees and so by 31 Oct 2025, the old copy is still the working document for NTC exec. The NTC exec met together for a **residential weekend** in Suffolk in May 2025 to strengthen the working relationships on the committee and included some time with the trustees. **Safeguarding training** was given to local group leaders in March 2025 (in Thai language) [see additional comments section below for details] Many families connected with NTC **benefitted directly from the activities of NTC** The **wider benefit of our work** is that more stable families make a better contribution to UK society at large.

Reception of new ideas was checked by
means of realistic scenarios and register of

The aim is that 2 people in each group hold
a current DBS and are available to
supervise children if they are in a separate
room during a local meeting. Otherwise, an
open door is kept between the rooms
where adults and children meet.
**28 people attended the training**, including
9 committee members. At least one person
from the following groups attended:-
Barrow, Birmingham, Canterbury, Carlisle,
Colchester, Huntingdon, London,
Manchester, Oxford, Scotland, Sheffield,
South Shields, St Albans, Twickenham,
West Midlands, Whitley Bay, & Worthing.|

**Treasurer’s Report**
## **For the Year Ended 31 October 2025**
I am pleased to present the Treasurer’s Report for the General Fund for the financial year ended 31 October 2025.
The year commenced with a balance brought forward of **£9,323.22** . During the year, the fellowship received total income of **£39,411.44** , derived mainly from camp participant fees, donations, offerings, Gift Aid claims, literature sales, and bank interest.
The largest source of income continued to be **camp participant fees (£22,651.00)** , supplemented by **camp donations (£5,394.06)** and **general donations (£6,389.40)** . Offerings received through the Spring Fellowship, Autumn Fellowship, and NTC Summer Camp contributed a further **£3,086.08** . We are also thankful for the continued support received through Gift Aid and other miscellaneous income.
Total expenditure for the year amounted to **£31,722.09** . The most significant expense was the **Pioneer Centre invoice (£22,340.84)** relating to camp activities. Additional camp-related expenditure amounted to **£4,528.04** . Support for Home Ministry totalled **£1,440.00** , while travel and visiting expenses were **£1,097.05** . Other operational costs included insurance, website and communication expenses, DBS checks, audit costs, hospitality, and miscellaneous expenditure necessary to support the ministry and administration of the fellowship.
As a result of income exceeding expenditure, the General Fund recorded a **surplus of £7,689.35** for the year. Consequently, the fund balance increased from **£9,323.22** at the beginning of the year to **£17,012.57** as at **31 October 2025** .
The overall financial position of the fellowship remains stable and healthy. The increase in reserves provides a stronger financial foundation for future ministry activities, camps, and fellowship events. We remain grateful to all members, supporters, and donors for their faithful contributions throughout the year, and we thank God for His provision and guidance in sustaining the work of the fellowship.
On behalf of the committee, I would like to express appreciation to everyone who has contributed financially, volunteered their time, and supported the ministry during the past year.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year ended 31 October 2025.
As the charity trustees of the charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which give me cause to believe that in any material respect:
