I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiner's statement** I have completed my examination. During the per￿, the charty had expenditure of £68.199 and loans repaid of £10,000 and retum of a donation of £1,000. At the end of the period, the charity generated a deficit of £18,736 which was met with prior year surplus. The charty had restricted reserves of £23,792 and unrestricted reserves of £59.241.
