**Objects:** TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11 TO 25 IN REDDITCH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITHIN A CHRISTIAN ETHOS AS SPECIFIED IN THE STATEMENT OF FAITH THROUGH - (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING AND THEIR HEALTH AND MENTAL WELL-BEING. (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** The charity will seek to appoint youth workers who will work under the guidance of an experienced youth worker with the aim of building healthy relationships with young people in the their community and support any who wish to explore the Christian faith for themselves.
