Tr$1¢¢ Commlttee Report The organisation. Elim City International had a One Day Conference during the 2022 F.aster weekend. li was hosted on Zoom vid¢0 ¢onferencing. It w&$ a great time of celebration with about 90 p¢opl¢ connecting on

Then Pastor Simeon Yamoah-owusu d¢livered a message of encouragement for the new: 2024. 'Small Group, meetings were continued in order to strengthen regular mtttings throughout the year and ensuring regular aitenders of meetings were all incorporated in the fellowship. The organisation ¢ontinued its lead¢rship retreat progrnm where variou5 leaders eome together for prnyers and training. There were a number of guest Speakers throughout the year who came to inspire and educate members on different matters of lift. Diff¢r¢nt seminars were also held for the Couples, Parent. Youth and Single people. There wu5 an annual Fasting & Prayer period which brought p¢ople together to offer prayers on varSous subjects including prayers for this nation and leader& and oiher international affairs. Different IrY4ining activities took place in th¢ church to help broad¢n the knowleilge of our members in¢luding "Life Workshop" Ther¢ were weekly programrne5 and monihly celebration5 of blrthdays and anniversaries ihroughout the year in chur¢h on Sunday5. Children activities were also held ihroughout the year in church. The year 2023 was a good year for us. To God be the 810ry. The Trustee5 and Managem¢nt Team has decided that b8nk accounts are sufficient for the present. Resenyej Poll¢y The Trustees and Management Team has examined the charitys requir¢m¢nts for reserves in light of the main risks to the organlsa¢ion. Working capital is not si8nificAnt and it 15 not deemed necessHry to hold any funds in reserves. The income and expenditur¢ accounts from January 2023 to D¢c¢mber 2023 ¢n included in this report for your reference. Plans for Future Period A repetition of the number of the programmes in 2023 15 anti¢ipaied in 2024 since mosl of them have becom¢ 8 regular event people look up to.
