The main artlvlty is Restort. our flagshlp. evidence based equlne a5s1sted behaviour chan8e PfO8ramme Is offered to partldpanls by referral from piofessionals In mental health. sooal wark or educatn. The course Is delivered I:1 by a traine(i facilitator fof 2 hours 4 day over 5 consecutive doys. Restart partlclpant5 and thelr key worke15 recelve detailed feedbilLk dl the end of the course. hand back and follow-up. In addrtion to Restart CFEC wlll also offer Lighter Touch option5 such as top ups. tollored se5310ns and Éroup work diflerenl woyj to help people at a lower level of need to prowde lon8er ierm support aftu a Restart course. Achievements and Performance In 2023 we dellvered 13 Restart courses and 29 Top Up sessions. We have found that some of our particlpants, due to the difficultles they are experlenclng can lack confidence to attend the full Restart over 5 days, to ensuie they feel confident and comfortable about sratlng the programme we have started to offer shoft Introduttory sessioi)s where they come to Crest Farm to meet the ponies and the facilltator and have an opportunity to see if the programme is for them. We have offered 9 Introductory sessions and all potentlal participants have 8one on to successfully complete Restart. We also developed and delivered a well-belng programme for NHS staff whlch was delSvered to 3 8roups. Flnancial Review In the twelve months to 31 December 2023 we ralsed £25,64212022 £12.1991. The malorlty of our funding comes from 8rants. This year we raised £24.(M)O from 3 funders. Thls equate5 to 94% of our Sncome. At the end of the financlal year we held reserves of É15.911. This was above our target of holdin8 equivalent to 6 Restart courses in reserve.. this was due to a large grant of £10.000 beln8 recelved very shortly before the financlal yeaf.end.
