discussed at our bi-monthly meetings. The
dub is governed by ils CIO Constitution and
by the Constilulions and By-Laws of Lions
Clubs International. The club relies on
fundraising events and local donations to
carry out its v￿rk. All work is carried out
entirely voluntarily, and any administration
expenses are funded by

minimum reserve level at the end of the
financial
ear.
The Trustees have a reserves policy that
tskes into account the flucluations of

of income is generated in either December
or April. The financial risk of planning any
events will be reviewed to ensure the
resetves are not materiall affected.
