**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT IN WOLVERHAMPTON, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN SELF DEFENCE, MARTIAL ARTS AND BOXING CLASSES TOGETHER WITH FITNESS/GYM SESSIONS FREE OF CHARGE.FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE “FACILITIES” MEANS BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** We are a Charity based in Wolverhampton, and we offer free courses throughout the year to give individuals the chance to go to a safe space, meet new people, and learn new skills through mixed martial arts. Not only does this give individuals some where to go and learn, we are helping to build friendships and making our local community a better area to live.
