We developed successful new events and expwienced a healthy growth Sn vlsitor numbers. We started 2024 in only our ihird year of operation, so we are still establishing ourseEves within th¢ crowded cullural ecology of the Capitsl, bul wè were heartened lo see growth well ahead of the average for thè sector. The ptisitl￿ trajectory of increased visitor numbers and growth in Sglf-generated income meant we reduced the op&rallng deficit for the year lo £17,243 (from £66,094 for the 18 months lo September 20231. Our focus as a 8ts8rd is very much on the elimination of the deficit and the ieduction in our oul8landing debt. Through prudent man8gement of funds, wè paid back £75,000 In the financial yoar, and we were ablè to reduce long-term edltors from £113,700 10 £10D,027. A further £35,000 was pald, subsequent lo the year end, In JaNary 2025. The Tiusle&s recognise that flnancial sustalnability is our most important priorily, and during thè year in rèvlew, W8 developed a plan lo continue reduclng our long-term creditors through increa$Èd grovrth in revenue generation.
